Online registration and Secretariat workshop registration (email) are already closed. The only way to register for those areas and delegates who haven’t registered is the ON-SITE registration.
WOKRSHOP GUIDE FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS
(For those who registered online or sent an email to the secretariat this is for you)
1. On the morning of Saturday (Feb 20) please go directly to the venue of your workshop (Map attached). Means of going to those venues is either private vehicle or taxi only.
2. Only duly-registered delegates with corresponding workshop badges will be allowed to enter the designated workshop venue.
3. For security reasons, the display of workshop badges is mandatory for admission to the workshop venue.
4. No delegate will be allowed to enter the workshop venues beyond 9:30 a.m. for the morning sessions and 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon sessions.
5. No delegate will be allowed to leave the workshop venues during the sessions except for justifiable reasons.
6. As you enter the workshop venues, please switch off all cellular phones.
7. Please prepare P10 as your enter every workshop for the “CONVICTION STATEMENT PINS” to be given to you right after the workshop.
8. Eating is strictly prohibited inside the workshop venues during the sessions.
9. Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday (Feb 20, 2010) will be distributed in the workshop venue where you are registered. Please be there at the workshop venues at least 30 minutes before the workshop for breakfast.
10. After the workshops 4pm, Public Transpo (Jeepneys) will be provided from the workshop venues to the MAIN ICON site.

1. Provincial Heads and Metro Manila Delegation Heads or Chapter Heads, can claim your delegation’s workshop badges in the Workshop Booth at the conference site (near Secretariat) on:

2. We will allow late registration at the conference site (near the secretariat). However, the workshop service team will only accept on-site registration made by Metro Manila Delegation Heads, Chapter Heads and Provincial/Delegation Heads* on or representative: (Workshops subject to availability)
